Erica Brigance is the Vice President of Technology Enablement at ArcBest. With more than 20 years of transportation, logistics and technology expertise, she leads the teams responsible for information security, operations services, technical services, AI strategy and data analytics. Bringing these capabilities together under her leadership, Erica accelerates innovation while ensuring ArcBest’s technology foundation remains secure, scalable and aligned with business priorities.
Throughout her career, Erica has helped lead many of ArcBest’s most significant digital transformation initiatives. She plays a key role in shaping the company’s AI strategy and guiding principles, helping identify and implement technologies that improve operational efficiency and make it easier for customers to do business with ArcBest. Her work has supported the development of automated quoting, shipment tracking and other digital engagement capabilities while also advancing ArcBest’s enterprise data strategy. Through these contributions, Erica has helped equip employees across the organization with actionable insights that support more informed decision-making and better customer experiences.
Erica holds an Executive MBA from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Arkansas Tech University.
