How Do I Activate My Membership?

Before you start participating in our councils, there are a few steps that need to be completed.

Step 1: Create Your myNMFTA Account

Set up your secure member account to access exclusive resources, register for events, and manage your membership. 

If the system already recognizes your account, please log in. If the system recognizes your email domain, you can simply add yourself to your organization’s membership record.

Step 2: Join the Councils that match your role

Become part of the industry conversations shaping freight transportation. 

Your organization’s Primary Contact can nominate employees to participate in one or more NMFTA Councils.

Step 3: Complete Your Contributor Agreement

Some councils require a Contributor Agreement before participating in standards development and collaborative initiatives. 

Once completed, you’ll be ready to participate fully. 

Step 4: Start Participating

Attend meetings. Join discussions. Access member-only resources. Help shape industry standards. Build relationships with peers across North America.
