Debra joined the National Motor Freight Traffic Association, Inc.® (NMFTA)® October 2008 as a Customer Service Representative and now has more than 17 years of customer service experience. She served as Senior Business Development Manager before moving into her current role as Client Service Senior Manager, ensuring that members and subscribers receive exceptional support and serving as a trusted partner in meeting their evolving needs.
In her leadership role, Debra promotes a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. She combines strategic insights with practical guidance to tackle complex challenges and strengthen long-term relationships. Her career demonstrates a strong commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and empowering teams to provide service that consistently exceeds expectations.
Debra earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication and a Certificate in Leadership Communication in Organizations from the University of Phoenix.
In 2026, Debra and her team were recognized with a Bronze Stevie® Award for excellence in customer service.
