About the Event

NMFTA will be hosting three days of meetings and social activities offering many forums for discussion of issues important to the LTL motor carrier industry. Mark your calendars and make plans to attend our upcoming meeting at the DeSoto Hotel in Savannah, GA, from March 8-10, 2026.

Attendance is limited to NMFTA carrier members. Any officer, owner, or employee of a motor carrier who is a member of NMFTA can register.

The rate for single/double occupancy is $229.00 per night plus all applicable taxes. More than two people per room could result in additional fees. Hotel reservations must be made by Friday, February 6, 2026, to receive the group room rate.
