About the Event
The National Motor Carrier Weighing & Research Advisory Council consists of a group of W&R professionals from prominent North American LTL carriers. The National Motor Carrier W&R Advisory Council was founded by a group of 25 LTL carrier representatives in February of 1969. The council has historically met twice a year, in the Spring and the Fall, to discuss a variety of topics relating to Weighing and Research. Make plans to attend our meeting October 8-9, 2025 at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas in Scottsdale, AZ.

The single/double occupancy rate at the hotel is $219.00 per night plus all applicable taxes. There is an additional daily resort fee of $5.00. This fee includes: basic guest internet access (up to 2 devices), unlimited local and 1-800 phone calls, two bottles of water, self-parking, free dessert with the purchase of entrée at BlueFire Grille, $15 spa credit on service of your choice of one hour or more at the Spa, $15 off $100 or more at Flemings Steakhouse, $15 off off-site activities, and $10 off local golf course. Additional fees may be incurred for more than two occupants per room. Hotel reservations must be made by Tuesday, September 9, 2025, to receive the group room rate.
