Cancellations of NMFTA event registrations will be accepted, and refunds issued, up to twenty-one (21) days prior to the event start date. All approved refunds will be subject to a $75.00 processing fee to cover credit card and administrative costs.
Cancellations received fewer than twenty-one (21) days before the event start date are not eligible for a refund.
Registrant substitutions are permitted at any time prior to the event. Complimentary registrations may not be transferred or substituted for previously paid registrations.
