The National Motor Freight Traffic Association Inc. (NMFTA)™ continues to drive digital innovation and security in the supply chain industry through its pioneering work in freight classification and cybersecurity. As a testament to this leadership, NMFTA’s Caroline Lyle has been named the recipient of the 2024 Women in Supply Chain Award in the Trailblazers category for her pivotal role in helping NMFTA to further advance these initiatives.
As the association’s chief marketing officer, Lyle is instrumental in refining and modernizing the standard-setting organization. Through the organization’s dedication and commitment to the industry, they have successfully provided tools and resources to better manage the complexities of the National Motor Freight Classification (NMFC®) freight transport and logistics.
NMFTA is also a leader in cybersecurity, addressing the growing risks associated with the digital transformation of supply chain operations. Due in part to Lyle’s leadership, the association is instrumental in spearheading efforts to protect supply chain operations from cyber threats to developing best practices for data security and risk management.
