About the Event
The National Motor Carrier Weighing & Research Advisory Council consists of a group of W&R professionals from prominent North American LTL carriers. The National Motor Carrier W&R Advisory Council was founded by a group of 25 LTL carrier representatives in February of 1969. The council has historically met twice a year, in the Spring and the Fall, to discuss a variety of topics relating to Weighing and Research. Make plans to attend our upcoming meeting April 17-18, 2024 at the DoubleTree Hollywood Beach in Hollywood, FL.

The single/double occupancy rate at the hotel is $189.00 per night plus all applicable taxes. Additional fees may be incurred for more than two occupants per room. Hotel reservations must be made by Monday, March 18, 2024, to receive the group room rate.
There is an optional $25.00 per day resort fee. This fee includes: guest internet access; two beach chairs, umbrella, and towels; 1-hour bicycle usage daily; two bottles of water daily; 10% off watersports; 15% off Tiki Pool Bar.
