NMFTA offers a variety of training programs to provide users of the National Motor Freight Classification® with the skills necessary to get the most out of their NMFC®. Our Classification and packaging training programs show how to locate commodity descriptions and determine the applicable class and packaging requirements quickly and accurately.
- Understand the NMFC rules and the Uniform Straight Bill of Lading
- Learn how to change a commodity’s classification
- Find out where to get assistance when you need help with a classification question or problem
If you would like customized training for your company, we can tailor our classes to meet your needs. Companies training 5 or more employees usually will find customized training to be a more cost-effective solution. Customized training classes offered include NMFC, Weighing & Research, ClassIT®, and Packaging training. These classes can be provided at your company’s location or by webinar.
