Lesley Veldstra Killingsworth is the Vice President of Pricing and Market Strategy at Polaris Transportation Group. Lesley has dedicated over 20 years to the supply chain industry, developing value-driven rate and pricing structures for reputable carriers and 3PL providers. In 2023, she made history as the first Chairwoman on the National Motor Freight Traffic Association (NMFTA) Board of Directors and is frequently sought after for contributing to industry discussions – highlighting her growing influence as a leader in transportation.
Since joining Polaris in 2016, Lesley has been a driving force behind our growth. After advancing from Director of Traffic and Pricing to her current VP role in 2024, she has spearheaded initiatives focused on service efficiency, enhanced communications and market share expansion. Based in California, she has been instrumental in strengthening our cross border LTL presence throughout Canada and the USA.
