Debra Edwards is Client Service Senior Manager at the National Motor Freight Traffic Association (NMFTA), where she leads customer service and product support efforts to enhance member experience and engagement.
Since joining NMFTA in 2023, she has played a key role in strengthening client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of NMFTA products and services.
