Chris Thacker is Vice President of Pricing & Traffic at Averitt Express. A Tennessee Tech University graduate with a Finance degree, Chris began his career with Averitt Express in 1996.
He advanced into leadership in 2002 and was named Director of Traffic in 2013. In 2026, he was promoted to Vice President of Pricing & Traffic, bringing decades of experience and deep industry knowledge.
