DESCRIPTION:About the Event\n\n\n\nThe National Motor Carrier Weighing & Research Advisory Council consists of a group of W&R professionals from prominent North American LTL carriers. The National Motor Carrier W&R Advisory Council was founded by a group of 25 LTL carrier representatives in February of 1969. The council has historically met twice a year\, in the Spring and the Fall\, to discuss a variety of topics relating to Weighing and Research.
