DESCRIPTION:November 14\, 2024 cyber webinar on 2025 supply chain cyber security trends.\n\n\n\n\n\nNMFTA hosted a no-charge webinar on Thursday\, November 14\, 2024: 2025 Supply Chain Cybersecurity Trends. \n\n\n\n\nAccess Recording\n\n\n\n\nDescription\n\n\n\nAs we look ahead to 2025\, there are a number of trends impacting the supply chain; from ransomware as a service (RaaS)\, to the evolving tactics\, techniques\, and procedures (TTPs) used by advanced persistent threat actors (APTs). These trends impact different aspects of the industry differently.  \n\n\n\nThis panel discussion covered physical asset (vehicle and telematics) threats and enterprise cybersecurity threats in depth\, as well as discussing the overall cybersecurity threat landscape. Examples include specific TTPs such as Living off the Land (LOTL)\, mitigation techniques for RaaS and current trends in cyber resiliency. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet Your Speakers\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoe Ohr has more than two decades of experience in technical operations\, customer success management\, IT\, customer support\, and product support.  \n\n\n\nCurrently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the National Motor Freight Traffic Association\, Inc. (NMFTA)™\, he plays a pivotal role in helping to advance the industry through digitization\, classification\, and cybersecurity.    \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nArtie Crawford\, CISSP\, CISM\, is the Director of Cybersecurity at the NMFTA. Artie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity strategy and deep technical expertise in addressing complex cybersecurity challenges. He possesses a thorough understanding of the tools\, techniques\, procedures\, and attack vectors employed by cyber adversaries.Throughout his distinguished career\, Artie has held pivotal roles at organizations such as the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)\, Microsoft\, MITRE\, and others. His work has been centered on developing advanced techniques and tools for real-world operations. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBen Wilkens\, CISSP\, CISM\, is a Cybersecurity Principal Engineer at the NMFTA. In his role at NMFTA\, Ben spearheads research initiatives and leads teams dedicated to developing cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies\, methodologies\, and strategies to safeguard information systems and networks. He collaborates extensively with academic institutions\, industry partners\, and government agencies to advance cybersecurity practices and knowledge.  \n\n\n\nBefore joining NMFTA\, Ben was a key executive at a third-generation family-owned trucking and logistics company. There\, he focused on the strategic integration of technology to improve operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to cybersecurity best practices.  \n\n\n\nWith a rare combination of CISSP and CISM certifications alongside an active Class A CDL\, Ben brings a unique perspective to the intersection of cybersecurity and transportation. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnne Zachos is a Cybersecurity Research Engineer at the NMFTA.  \n\n\n\nIn her role at NMFTA\, Anne takes a lead role in advancing cybersecurity within the trucking industry\, focusing on contributing to both research initiatives and educational efforts. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of emerging technologies positions her as a forward-thinking professional ready to make meaningful contributions to the ever-evolving landscape of cybersecurity.   \n\n\n\nAnne is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
