About the Event
The National Motor Carrier Weighing & Research Advisory Council consists of a group of W&R professionals from prominent North American LTL carriers. The National Motor Carrier W&R Advisory Council was founded by a group of 25 LTL carrier representatives in February of 1969. The council has historically met twice a year, in the Spring and the Fall, to discuss a variety of topics relating to Weighing and Research. Make plans to attend our meeting April 23-24, 2025 at the Horseshoe Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV.

The single/double occupancy rate at the hotel is $109.00 per night plus all applicable taxes. There is an additional daily resort fee of $39.95. This fee includes: unlimited local phone calls, two (2) guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center (does not include use of the spa), in-room internet access to include two (2) device per room per day. Additional fees may be incurred for more than two occupants per room. Hotel reservations must be made by Monday, March 24, 2025, to receive the group room rate.
